一、简介 
消防水泵巡检控制柜是新开发的产品。主要用于企业消防泵的日常巡检。
它采用PLC、转换器和人机接口设备实现消防泵的自动检测，确保所有泵正常运行。
2. 功能

Control functions including:

1) Auto inspection for fire pump, spray pump, pressure stabilizing pump and atomizing pump.
2) Inspection period is 168 hours (adjustable), inspection time for single pump is 2 minutes (adjustable).
3) Inspection period and time can be adjusted from several minutes to several days according to actual requirements.
4) When there is fire alarm, the PLC will stop inspection once the fire control signal is announced and activate pumps。
5) You need do manual shut down when firm alarm is over.
6) Sound and light alarm function and fault storage.
7) With English operating menu, it can memorize fault such as short circuit, phase loss, over current, over and under voltage, communication, so that you can maintain very easily.

3) It has warning system for over load, short circuit, abnormal launch.
4) It can store more than 150 fault messages.
5) It has auto inspecting function under low frequency and low speed, so that the pump will not be rusted.
6) It will stop inspection once the fire control signal is announced and activate pumps at once.
7) Fire pumps will be activated one by one, each pump ‘s running time is no less than 2 minutes.
8) There is Sound and light alarm and fault storage which shows the fault type and occurrence time.
9）当变频器出现故障时，如有火警，水泵会自动切换到正常频率。
